I've seen a glass-top coffee table mounted on top of an approx. 4 foot long Ford GT. I understand it can even be ordered in the correct color of your car. Does anybody know who the manufacturer is?

Yup, check with Saleen in Troy, MI. I think they are $1,995.

if saleen was the manufactureer i would expected them to use 1 of their own cars making me believe they just handle the table
 
No, they make it themselves in whatever color you want.
 
they also have them in the saleen store in irvine ca.
 
How detailed is the GT? Anyone got any pics?
 
TMSTUNTS posted a pic a while back but I cant find it.
 
I think Jerry (AWSUM) has one as well.
 
I don't believe it is very detailed. But it is definitely a cool table.
 
Here's a picture I took of the one at the rally. Jerry (Awsum GT) had given me the following contact info when I asked him about it. Contact at Saleen in MI was Ed Orzechowski, Director of Show Vehicles (248-743-4818). The price at the time of the rally was $1,995. Not sure if that price is the same or higher.

Great picture Piccola.

I asked if they have the upgraded wheel option at the Irvine Saleen store and they said no.
