Ford GT Celebration at the 2015 Carlisle Ford Nationals

For us mortals (ha), that are not "featured" and located in building T, is there a tent?

Once the map is worked out I'll be sure to post it here for everyone to see. On the north side of Building T (location where the indoor display is located) we'll have a beautiful grass patch where registered GT's can park. We do not have plans to include a tent, we've put our request in for perfect weather so we should be good to go :-). Within the grass area our plans are to have the Robertson's rig along with their awning out to act as a nice 'hang out' area for the owners along with providing some shade.

Looking forward to a fun time!

Cheers,

Lance

Wish I was closer... sounds like fun!

Bummer, care less about rain, vs the baking sun on the cars interior.

We do not have plans to include a tent

Spec, I agree. It will turn the floor mats into liquid tar.
So it looks like a "day-of" event dependant on Lance's influence with mother nature.:wink

OFFICIAL FORD GT DISPLAY CAR
Check out this Matech Ford GT3 Race Car this year at the Carlisle Ford Nationals as a part of our Ford GT Celebration taking place in and around Building T. It's going to be a huge year with an amazing display of Ford GT's inside the building! This one is owned by Michael Lange.

Ken told me that he googled it and used the photograph he found via his search.

Lance looks great. Have the registration packages been shipped out yet? May take a few extra days to get to Canada!! :):)

You guys are shipping your GTs right? How are you (physically) getting to Carlisle? I'm headed up (driving the GT) I-81 on Thursday.

We're pulling our trailer. Head for Charlotte, then I-81 all the way. Arriving Thursday.

Shortest distance is I-95. I'd avoid that like Ebola.

I intersect with I-81 at exit 143 Roanoke.
We (my wife is bringing the SUV for antiques and/or car parts) will also be traveling on Thursday.
I would suspect I'd be hitting I-81 around 10AM
