It obvious that I had some traction issues in 1st and 2nd gear. I have lowered the KW suspension and I think the setup is finally good.
Nest event is on 25th July. I already have the new exhaust from Jason set up. Waiting for the clutch from Kyle to be delivered.
 
Nice videos bud.....but something kept getting in the way of the shots on the long long long legged starter!!! Ouch!:thumbsup

You went by that Viper so fast it made me laugh out loud.
 
I'm still trying to figure out what kind of track that is. There's no center stripe so I don't think it's a road and I've never seen a runway that narrow with Armco barriers and trees that close.

Is it part of a race track or what?
 
I am sure Alex will chime in, but I seem to recall that he mentioned that it is a public road that is "bought" and closed for the event.

It is a ex-soviet car test facility. It is a 5 km straight to test /certify cars. The facility itself is about 60 square miles and has all sorts of tracks/terrains for testing vehicles. The roads need repavement though and then all the facility can be used for track days and etc.
BTW 1 week ago there was an accident in that straight - some 19 year old kid in a 650hP Cayenne Tubro passed out from an adrenalin rush going aroun 165 miles an hour - thank god he kept going straight while flooring the gas and did not crach in to the sidewalls - he went off the end of the track at full speed- chopped 42 trees and landed in the swamp. He survived. Lucky
 
Alex, not sure it was traction issues or the starter girls.
