Ok then, rim fire ammo:usa....

"Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" (as in the 'wrong answer' buz!), that was invented in (cough, choke, wretch, heave) FRANCE (around 1845?).

I think S&W 1st used it over here in about 1855, or 57...sometime around there.
