I think that is Galpin Ford. I bought my mom a mustang gt 2 years ago, and they sent her a calender, and it also had a Heritage GT with those same wheels.

Those actually look like the wheels that were on the original PR photos of the car that were going around....I kind of like them but they do get a little busy.
