LEAR CORPORATION made the dashboard for the Ford GT.

Hope this helps.

thanks for your help guys

That's not true.

The interior panels are made by a company called WKI in Detroit, and are leather wrapped by a company called Draxlmeier in South Carolina (Draxlmeier also did the complete interior for the Veyron BTW - known worldwide for the best leather wrapping and high end interiors).

DBK, yu dah MAN!

LEAR must have just done the development then not the actual production?

Interior Engineer
Lear Corporation

"Intertek ETL SEMKO’s team demonstrated incredible dedication to the Ford GT Interior project. Lear Corporation was challenged with the task to develop a complete car interior within one year. Without them and their patented FMVT method, we wouldn't have met our timing. "

* How does the interior quality (materials and finish/fit) compare to a Lambo for example?

You can find the answer to that question here:

*the first time you asked

(Look, the carbon fiber buckets in the GT are the same ones used in the Enzo. The interior ain't cheap. Some switchgear is parts bin. Most isn't. It's not an F430, but it also doesn't cost nearly as much and goes harder and faster. The interior on a Murcielago is drab comparitively, though tighter. The Italians are good at fine stitching, lovely little knobs, and pretty buttons. Ford is comparitively not, though it makes little difference because the GT was never going to have that type of interior)
