Clear Bra questions

My '14 Raptor should be showing up sometime in mid January and I'll bet I won't be able to get it done for anywhere close to $850....

Xpel has their main office in San Antonio TX and they have some very good installers.

Xpel also has an office in Houston. I used them recently and have been happy with the result.

I've always been partial to black bras, but I will admit that clear ones are much better than white....

Front fascia, not the bumper, not the whole fender. On the hood, stops at the hood graphic, and follows a similar line down the fender behind the headlight. The painted part of the mirrors, all 4 door sills, and 2 pieces at rear wheel, stopping at the crease about 6" or so up. I'm going to put on front mud flaps, that will protect the splash of the doors, or I would have wrapped to lower parts of the doors.

This installer was incredible. The transition from the film to the hood graphic, they meet, and the cut of the film is PERFECT, not an easy cut to make.

I don't do the whole front end, not even on the GT, and not especially on this truck. I don't know, I guess you cant live in a bubble. Also if you have ever removed film? its a PITA!!! I have mustang that the prior owner did the whole front, Im dreading removing it some day...

$850 for XPEL on a Raptor?? Can you clarify what you mean by 'front'? Does that include front bumper, hood, fenders all the way back to the windshield?

Andy, If my numbers are correct, this brings your decal expenditure on the Raptor to about $3K. There's good $$ in decals....;-)

I had my entire Raptor done. I think it was about 2k, but the guy said he wouldn't do it again at that price. Took him a really long time. I did it mainly to reduce pin stripes. I hate turning back before the trail is over, and yet hearing brush scrape off your paint is not much fun either.

Oh I know.....
