You can always get a set of wheels to drive on and shelve the carbon ones. Heck, Forgeline has an awesome carbon barreled wheel (with forged a aluminum face/spokes) that's pretty awesome looking and FAR less expensive.

I just talked to Forgeline and they said they said nothing is officially stated in regards to track use.

Their website states "Intended for Street Use. Not Recommended for Track Applications." for the CF201/2 wheels. Guess website statements aren't official. Good looking wheels regardless.

Just going by what is written on the Forgeline website.
I saw the barrels and talked with the barrel Mfg's at SEMA.. " Emergent " they only told me they are selling the barrels to wheel vendors who will make there own center sections..
