The guy selling them had the username jtedm on here. He came on with pictures of a GTX1 saying he was going to be a future owner. Then he claimed he would build a GTX1 for you. Uhh, considering he had nothing to do with the GTX1, Genaddi, or Ford and the SEMA project, we killed that. He actually posted in threads of people having GTX1's being done to call him and he'd answer questions about the conversion. Keep in mind, this guy has absolutely nothing to do with the real thing, and he was posting in threads by the real business owners trying to say he could answer sales questions. :ack Centerpunch called him out on it, and he had no answer.
He was also looking for wrecked/salvaged GT's to rebuild, and tried selling multiple cars. Overall = shady.
The auction is on eBay, but I'd be remiss if I didn't say this is a HUGE case of buyer beware. Clearly this dude is reading the website, copying what other people are already doing. If you're lucky, maybe he'll show up and start helping at your business too :lol:
