Who did your decals? I would be interested in getting 4 of them.

Thanks Mike

Love the orange on the original color wheel!!!!!!!!! I would have done that, but I decided to go with orange wheels.

05 FORD GT these are done by a local guy here who has his shop close to where I live. As this is brand new product the decals I have been told cost about $50 CDN + sh for 4.

Bony and Kingman the paint is an exact match to the pearl blue of the stripe from my car. The paint codes came from Saleen. I think it looks very cool.

Gulf GT that is the set up my CAV. Gulf colour car with the 6 spoke wheels painted orange. Personally only with the Heritage paint, I prefer your set up with the orange wheels than the orange caliper.

The orange caliper on the Heritage car in the first pic on this thread.... I believe the "Ford GT" text is upside down from what it should be - IMHO.

They look nice but they are upside down, the bottom of the words should always be facing the hub on any wheel, if you look at a Corvette or porsche or any factory car that has lettered calipers you will see what we mean. I also have a set on my wheels but mine are a little bit larger 5 inchs long and say FORD GT as well, I bought mine on ebay $9 dollars plus $2 dollars shipping for 10 stickers.

Jamie and Nota4r good catch. :thumbsup Never noticed nor really knew which way the letters should go. Will advise my buddy.
Thx.

Hi Gulf GT,

Love the light blue caliper and Brembo script. Would you mind to pm me as to how/where to the Brembo decal (or was it painted) and who did the paint work for you. Looks great! Thx

Ed

Hi Ed,

Jack at Muscle Motors (Forum Sponsor) did the painting of the calipers, and I got the Brembo stickers from this guy on eBay (he has all the stickers for a GT40).

http://search.stores.ebay.com/I-Say...kersQQfsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQsaselZ173460483QQsofpZ0

I only see Brembo stickers in red listed now, but he has them in black also.

I was originally concerned about using a sticker thinking it would come off easily or look bad after a while, but I have had them on the car for over a year and half and they still look new. The heat from the brakes does not appear to be damaging them yet, but if they do, I bought extra sets and will just throw a new sticker on every few years.

I did not have "Brembo" painted on the caliper as I have never been sure that I was going to keep that logo on the caliper. I can change it to "Ford GT" if I wish this way, or even leave them blank someday.

Thanks,
David

Won't the decals on the calipers melt?
