Looks like metal tubing in the 3rd pic, i.e. a cage? Something open cockpit? First guess was an Ariel Atom, but that's not 'murican.

:skep I know I've never seen that front end before...so, the car likely is something I've never heard of either. Therefore, I'm now guessing it's some kind if a "kit car". :lol

That front end shot I almost thought it was one of the 2 Devons. But it doesn't have a NACA duct anywhere, and was never blue. AJB can chime in about the Devon...
