Not to steal the thunder of the other newbie (see post below), but I just finalized my deal on a GT. Very excited to get it. Need to arrange for shipping from dealer to its new home.

So, I was thinking about the 2.75" pulley upgrade and tune. Is it a major power increase? How much of a pain is the pulley changeout? Do you need to get new gaskets, seals, or bolts?
