2017 going out there

The most roadworthy tested nFGT of all time with just under 50k miles now. A 2017 optioned with gorgeous Liquid Blue paint, alloy stripes, carbon fiber wheels, titanium lug nuts, six point racing harness mount with blue Sparco racing harness, and meticulously serviced by Phoenix Sanderson Ford and Multimatic. This is a driver’s car with highway mileage and running flawlessly. Lots of history: First nFGT sold in Arizona, number H041, and responsible for several delays in production of subsequent builds, and with all the upgrades determined from it. Many issues that may go wrong with early GT's have been addressed, fixed, and updated by Ford, (either Sanderson or Multimatic in their final warranty service at their factory which included over $25,000 in retail parts) such as oil sump fitting assemblies, environmental control units, wing and hydraulic changes with check valves and software control patches, cooling radiator mountings to avoid stress points and seeping issues, display software issues, clamp torque settings, and supplemental transmission cooler. Car also has rear trunk power connector port, ignition controlled auto shutoff radar detector power cord at rear view mirror, front and leading surfaces Xpel PPF, Clearplex windshield film, new Ford lithium battery, and Ford Racing decals on underside of doors. All original sales items and maintenance and repair paperwork included. Less than 2 hours of track exposure. 203.6 mph run at Mojave Spaceport runway.
Lowest price I have seen is $826,000. Your chance to own one at under $800K, unless offers come above $795,000 asking price within, let's say a couple of weeks or it goes to BAT.

If it comes to it, and it ends up going on BringaTrailer, it will be awesome to silence the commenters in the peanut gallery who gripe that NFGT owners never drive their cars and are just a bunch of flippers. You've done us all proud! GLWS.

Getting ready to go to BAT with a $750,000 reserve. Not obligated yet. Would consider something close.

Whoa. What an awesome Ambassadorship! I didn't realize there was a NFGT out there with that level of mileage and experience! Well lived!

How long was the process of selling on BAT from start to finish?

When I sold mine, people were saying it took months to do, so I didn't go that direction. Probably cost myself some dollars not waiting.

Still the most trouble free exotic I ever owned. Was able to use the money to help 2 of my kids get into homes that were a little above their original budgets, but still miss her every day.

I've read comments about how it can take BaT a while to actually run your auction after it's ready, and on the other hand how they ran one so fast the seller wasn't actually ready, still wanted to add more pics or info, can't remember now.

I paid for the premium listing on BAT, got a bunch of fantastic pictures and videos taken by their photographer, then sat waiting literally months for them to run it. I sold privately before it went live and, credit to BAT, they said they’d ‘help out’ with charges on my next listing.

I sold a Superformance GT40 on BAT a few months ago. I think it took about 6 weeks from my first contact with them til it was listed for sale. It was the easiest sale I’ve ever done though because the car stayed in my garage through the whole process, I didn’t have to ship it to an auction, didn’t have to travel and spend 3 or 4 days on-site answering questions and waiting for it to cross the block and best of all there was no sellers commission, just a $300 listing fee that included a professional photographer coming to my house. It also sold for more money than I ever expected. Unfortunately it’s even easier to buy from them.
I’ve submitted my ‘06 to them as much as I hate to so we’ll see how long it takes to go live.

What???? Selling your 06??!!!
What logical reason (if there is one) for selling?
