2006 Red 4 Option FGT originally sold in Maine....info needed?

I think the bolts are No big deal. I would advise the Accufab version myself. Just need to do it.

My biggest concern would be has the car been neglected or damaged. If not and there are other small issues, it gives you something to negotiate.

Ford complained a little about giving me Oasis info on a car I didn't own, but they eventually told me what they saw when looking it up. They said they saw absolutely no history on this vehicle, and no current recalls. Comments? If nothing has been done and I still buy the car I guess this is just something I'll have to confirm if its been done aftermarket, or I'll just do it myself. Is it a DIY job for someone that's been around a bit?

Yeeeeeeeeup.

There's even thread (or 2) on this forum that outlines the procedure step-by-step.

+1

Use Accufab

And, not that this is what I'd do, but as a negotiation point.....what would someone charge for this job?

OK Accufab it is!
