Didn't Canepa make an air blocker for the GT? I saw it when we went to his shop. It was on the GT he repainted & sold.

ED, I called Canepa about this last year. They made a one off. They have no intention of making anymore...even for a substantial markup.

Flatrod - what damaged your grill? a moose I bet!

Ed

PS Anyone make studded snow tires for our OEM wheels?

A Moose at speed... yikes!! I wouldn't want to think about that. I wonder if that roof is tough enough... but then again I may be able to drive under them!

Snow tires.... Not for me!!! Its never seen snow and never will!!

05 grill

flatrod. i have a 05 with the mesh grill. I just purchased the insert to convert to the 06 open front. I plan to make the change sometime over the next month and if you are interested i would sell it to you. I don't know what they cost so pricing would have to be agreed upon.... I also have the original exhaust manifolds as i extrude honed a set that i bought so i didn"t have to take one set off and wait for them to come back.....so if you know anyone that might be interested in those let me know...

Are you looking to install an 05 mesh style or the updated open grill?

My plan is to take an existing grill and modify it. Do you happen to have a picture of both styles that you could post?

Thanks in advance! :thumbsup

I can get you something

However the differences are significant

The early grill is a basic flat panel design that works to support the shape of the opening however the late style uses three "U Channel" struts that cover the adjusting bars while holding the shape of the gals nose.

I will post a couple pictures later in the day

05 grille

If I did this right there should be a picture. Here is a 05 at the top and 06 on the bottom.
