I agree. There was a $1M Heritage at an auction not too long ago...

We're gonna get renamed back to the Finance Blog ...

It’s hilarious that you, Roketman posted this and you have always hated anyone else discussing values. We all knew you cared about GT values. “Just drive it and enjoy it”. Poor form given your previous responses to anyone else posting/discussing values on this forum. Stay consistent.

I could care less about the value, as I have loved the ford gt (40) since they won lemans in 1966 when I was 14 years old. I knew that I would never be able to own one as they were limited production racing cars, and then ford did a recreation in 05 06. I HAD to have one and fulfill my boyhood dream. I am actually sorry that the value has gone up so much and parts are so hard to find, as it limits total enjoyment always thinking would would one do if an old lady pulled out in front of you? Find the parts, find a competent repair shop, take a severe carfax hit, now have a repaired wreck as your dream car!!!

Or own more than one. One to value as a coffee table in your living room and one to enjoy on the road. And maybe one more to race?? Just enjoy this treasured vehicle either way…

agree, do that with my Porsches, and actually 67 mgb gts. One to drive one to show!!!!

I agree I don’t care about the values. Someone sent me that from HAGERTY . I found it interesting so I shared it.
Also, I don’t appreciate the tone of your post. But at least your consistent..

That’s a keeper!!

If I remember correctly, Karl sold his 05 blue/white stripe to Demuro. Demuro started a new auction service and eventually Karl tried to sell his 18 NGT on it but bids were not encouraging. I think there were other problems. I don't know if it is even up and running.

Cars and Bids is alive and well
It’s not BAT but it appears to be doing well
I believe Karl put his 2019 to help his friend
He did sell his 2019
