OK - I am going to get one from Roush/Revolve ..but......I am also going to try mounting a standard palstic one on a sheet of Aluminium cut to same size as an experiment!

I hear what you are saying about the air flow - but have to say - I prefer the CDC kit (even if it does involve some paint!):

I need to put a private plate on the GT so new plates required - the car currently has an Aluminium number plate. Has anyone had any problems with regular plastic plates - i.e melting or the backing film de-laminating?? Just assuming this is why the aluminium plate is fitted - but maybe not!!
