I contacted Ron at McIntosh, he thought they spec'd the GT head units with standard ford plugs but was not sure what the part number or style...

    Looking at used GT tomorrow...

    The dealer can, and should with no issue, get you the full warranty history on the car. Read it carefully & ask questions! Also, I would not personally trust just any dealer to do an inspection on the GT. Ask to see photos on the "key" damage, and copy's of the insurance report if it exists...

    Tough Sticker Residue Removal?

    Success! I soaked the sticker residue with citrus solvent this morning while it was still cool out (85deg. :lol) and hit it with a buffer & wool pad... it worked! Its not easy, but it's coming off!

    Thanks for all the suggestions! I picked up a product similar to the Orange Solvent GTNJ recommended today... I called the manufacture & they guaranteed it would work. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but I will report the results! If that doesn't work I guess I'll head up to bear...

    Tough Sticker Residue Removal?

    Anyone have a good solution for removing really old baked on sticker residue from the side of a trailer? I have tried with no success; 3M adhesive remover Goof Off WD-40 Buffing compound & a buffer Simple Green & Brake cleaner Even the sticker guy is stumped! :frown
