Yes...turn in on a corner is better with the stock tires. The 345's on the same corner pushes the front when you turn in and finding the right amount of throttle to induce a little oversteer with the torque we have on tap is difficult....real easy to go from not enough throttle to too much. I...

No rub at all...I actually tried 255's then 265's then 275's....the big meaty 345's push any combination. I even tried the Nitto NT01 - 275's on the front.My experience on the track with the stock tires was oversteer....when pushed the car goes from mild understeer to contollable oversteer...

Earlier post mentions the GT understeers with the stock setup?? I must have been driving a different GT on the track because mine oversteered ....I went with the REO 50's 275 front and 345 rears..NOW the car understeers...pushes the front..HRE 18 x 9 front , 19 x 13 rears..

Avoid the IDA. Mine would not keep flange bolts .....when I replaced with the Heffner and took off the IDA...found it cracked also...left calls with IDA and there were not returned...

As discussed many times, the Goodyears just have no grip . The car oversteers, but is pretty controllable. The wheels are 13 x 19 rear and 9 x 18 fronts , HRE comp wheels. I stuck with the stock OD so I could have plenty of tire since I was tracking the car occasionally. I have quit tracking...

Tires are huge...PS2's for the GT... I have had the chance to chase GT3's at the track...catch em on the straights, they lose me on the corners with the Goodyears or the HRE comp set up with the Bridgestone REO50's. Hoosiers is a different story...run away from them...until the GT...
