The wait is over. Repair kits for the Half shaft/transaxel problem have arrived at my dealership in Florida. Noticed on the package that they cam from Riccardo in the UK!

My service manager told me 98lbs but the tire store looked it up and they had 110. I had them set 105. thanks for the reply's. Tire is on and I am rolling again only slightly lighter by about $400.

The 430 is not being over produced like the 360 was. ( 10,000 ). Since its introduction the 430 coupe has sold new and used for well over sticker price. Still does. The Spyder version does even better.

If your 600 new cars unsold is an accurate number than it does not appear that there will be much chance for some price appreciation for quite awhile IMO.

I am interested how others feel about the future pricing trend for the GT now that it is out of production. Logically it would make sense that as the remaining NEW GT's get sold there should be some upward movement in the closing prices that the Dealers will accept on the remaining new cars...

That's the problem. How can a driver even think of running the car up to high speeds with the knowledge that one of those shafts may break loose? Tends to make one lose confidence in the car and that is a shame!

The larger gap on the right side of the transaxel and smaller gap on the left side seems to be similar on many of the GT's. It is that way on my car also.
