Great advice that I will adhere to when it's my turn. I was thinking it would be a good idea to video the briefing as well unless there is an issue with doing that. It would be nice to have a videographer there to record the discussion to view in reference at a later time if needed.

I think now is a sweet spot to get an R; if 2018 production is cut by roughly one-half, then I think the prices will start to climb soon. I think that finding an R between sticker and $5K over may be realistic now (especially in mid-west states with weather coming), but that "stock is rising"...
