    Battery Tender Cable

It was Cooltech (nota4re on this forum) that sold a kit. I made up my own wiring harness to the grille only to find out later that I could have bought the Cooltech kit for less than I spent on parts.

    GT in a Canadian Winter

Beautiful picture. I live next door in Saskatchewan, also have 3 miles of gravel from my house to pavement and have a black GT. Love the colour when it is clean unfortunately it is dusty before it even gets to the road. Never thought of taking it out in the winter. How's the heater? Joe

    Programming Gauge Control Module

I was thinking more along the line of having a Ford dealer do it. Don't know if you purchase a new module if it is ordered to match your vehicle or if it is done at the dealer. Joe

    Programming Gauge Control Module

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the gauge control module reprogrammed to change the odometer reading? Replaced the module with a used one and the odometer now reads the mileage from the car it came out of. Joe

    right side headlight

The dealer is wrong as the bulb is replaceable. Not sure why people think it is a sealed unit. No fancy procedure to replace it, only hand tools needed. The difficult thing is to remove the inner fender liner. If it is not the bulb (or wiring) then you will have to replace the assembly. Can post...

Replacing Turn Signal Lamp in Left (Driver Side) Front Headlight Assembly

Once the inner fender liner is removed it is a simple matter to replace the bulb. I have done this on both of my headlights. My local NAPA store had the bulbs. I am away from home until next week but if needed I can send pictures of this procedure (I do believe it has been previously covered on...

    Turn signal out!

The headlight bulb is replaceable without removing the headlight unit. Once the wheel and fender liner are removed it is a simple job to replace the bulb. The bulb is a fairly common item. The mechanism the moves to change between high and low beam is not easily replaced and can not be purchased...

    HVAC controller(s) (help needed)

Just passing on my experience with X2. Within the last 15 months I contacted them 3 times. The first time was to ask about a radio and some interior parts, they responded with prices higher than Ford for the interior parts and no response on the radio. The second time was for engine parts, they...

    HVAC controller(s) (help needed)

I have used parts, however not sure if they are good or not. Would be willing to send them if you wanted to try. My experience is that X2 is not very helpful. They do not always reply to requests for information and when they do they have two responses- They won't sell or if they give a price it...

Help needed with Ford GT Hub Assy.

Water did get in the transaxle. Luckily it did no damage. For anyone who decides to purchase the axle shaft seals from Ford they come as a kit with 2 seals and the installation tool. Scott did you find a hub? Another forum member would take them if you don't need them. Joe

Help needed with Ford GT Hub Assy.

It is a bad luck/ good luck story. When downtown Calgary, Alberta was flooded it was bad luck for the original owner of this car and his insurance company. It was however lucky for me as I was able to afford an incredible car (with issues). I have since disassembled the car, replaced any parts...
