Sad - Another Black Gt Down

As I was coming home from Manhattan tonight around 4pm I saw a black(no stripe) GT that had been in an accident. The car was facing the wrong way on the north bound West Side highway. The car appeared to have damage on the drivers side and on the passenger side rear quarter. It was just about dusk and with the black car it was hard to tell the full extent of the damage. I did not see another car involved.

I hope the driver and any passengers are OK. If a forum member, please let us know that you are OK? PD
 
Tell me it didn't have black wheels....
 
Could not tell if it had black wheels. Funny that you mention that because the wheels did not stand out -- which means that they may have been black. PD
 
I have a sinking feeling I know who owns this car.

My GT may see NYC one of these days but it would certainly not be on a day like today. Cold, damp, very overcast. What's the point. No, I was in my Acura MDX. PD

especially the west side highway(which was completely re-done a few years ago)--hummers aren't even safe on that road-----

Trouble with NYC is , what are you going to do once you are here?

-Park in a public garage
-Park on Street
-Tool around

Many exotics have been stolen at these garages. Most have $25K limit.

Unless the time stamps on the Forum are wrong or someone else was driving his car; Mr. Davis entered 6PM yesterday and Somelee seems to have begun a thread yesterday about the Venom much later at 11:44 PM. Or maybe I had too much coffee.
 
I'm fine.........I've been in the city all week and the car has been upstate safely in the garage...(I hope)......
Can't believe another black one...so sad.....maybe I'll have to paint mine bright orange!
Hope the driver is ok.

Maybe we'll both paint them bright orange ........ with black stripes.
