:rofl They should be good about fixing that. I bought a nano 2 weeks ago, and it was "awaiting delivery". I just got a call, and was told that they're getting me a new nano, at the same price.

You could always cancel your order, and resubmit it, or just call them and explain. Apple is more expensive than PC for a reason, and part of that reason is customer support.....use what you're paying for. :thumbsup

I've tried just about every PDA phone in existence. Went back to an old fashioned membrane # pad for sensory feedback when you dial & drive. Not to mention larger font, which is impossible on most PDA phones...
