It seems so far away...

Need advice :from the GT owners.
I'm in college (20) and I have a few more years to go. I plan to get my masters, but cant figure out what I want to do! Its beyond frustrating:bang. I have been told I should worry about saving for a down payment on a house and establishing a family then worry about my car obsession. Everyday I read on the forum; I smile reading how happy and successful everyone is. I know what I want in life, but I don't know how to get there...is this the big "Joke" in life or is it me? I believe in hard work, but I don't know what I want to do and not having a plan drives me nutz! :willy. I wouldl greatly appreciate any advice or insight anyone could give me or there stories.
