Why the storage?

Stunning...just needs red brake calipers.
This was on my short list when looking for mine.

CONGRATS!

going away for work for 2 months!.......I did get to drive it to storage which is about 10 miles......I don't have to tell any of you what that experience is like!
I might be able to sneak over there again this week....I need another fix!

while I was storing the GT I had a chance to visit my other baby....I know its not a Ford but its still fun to drive.

Did you feel like you were in Driver's ed trying to find the clutch sweet spot? I traded in an 03 cobra (six speed manual). I thought I instantly forgot how to drive a stick.

a little at first I guess..I was wondering when it was going to bite me in the butt....but it took no time to get used to it.......its soooo smooth...I can't beleive how awesome it is to drive. Do I REALLY own one ? holy crap.
you should feel the clutch on the Chevelle!....even though its a tremec the whole thing feels so antiquated compared to the GT....I know...I know apples and oranges......

Would you believe that it is a cable actuated shifter? Another forum member says it is smooth as buttah. Joey or Bony I forget. Too many posts too little time.

maybe I've just been driving 60's muscle cars for too long!

For a minute there, I thought you were the Macho Man!:wink :biggrin

I'm thinking Yellow calipers. THAT would look HOT!!:thumbsup

I think they would look sweet in pink.:thumbsup

Congratulations. Beautiful car. A two-month wait is nothing. You'll be driving it before you know it.

Best Regards,
