None in Miami, I used to live in NYC, but now have to travel to LA or Vegas to have anything that doesn't taste like dog food...

We have to be very careful here in Texas when we go to a Mexican or Chinese restaurant. I always drive around back to make sure there is no "livestock" tied up awaiting slaughter!

everyone needs to come to los angles for a bit. In china town you don't need to go around back, the livestock is walking all over. If You like it they chase it down for you.:willy

"Flames" are the result of to much fuel in your tune. Given the GT's tendency to run rich it not hard to pull off if you can cutt back on the exhaust restrictions.
I have the Borla (the cats are still on) and usually get some flames when I gear brake. I've never heard about flames at the rev limit but it could be happening.
There are some kits you can buy that will ignite the unused fuel at the end of the exhaust. Google
- Some of those kits will also kill a few plugs to give you more fuel.
- Other kits let you add butane to give you a lot of fire.
I have only used these kits on old Hot Rods and would be a little scared of trying it on a car like a GT.

I have a borla with stock cats. I was running laps on a small autocross course, about 2 months ago, and absolutely the car throws flames as is. It was twilight, so that helped. WOT as well as shifts. Conflicting reports as to size (just like fish right?) but I heard anywhere from 6-24". Beats me as I was driving, but the surprising thing to me was the heat in the exaust, it was cherry red at the tips. Fun stuff......
