Daytona Rally 10.5 pictures here please !!

Ok, here's an interesting picture of a Ford Ford GT returning from Daytona after 6 days and 1960 miles. She's completely loaded down with luggage, people, mans best friend (Dukie man my 52 lb. Brittany) in his mama's lap, no other room. He was the hit of Bed & Biscuit boarding kennel when we picked him up just before closing. Let's see if anyone can match this one. DBK, ever picked up your bull dogs in your GT? Amy and Gary Gene ever given your chickens a ride in your GT. What a wonderful trip, He'll Let' Do It Again, soon.

My neighbor (in Idaho) played baseball for Edsel Ford High in Dearborn Mi. He knew I was a big Ford fan so left me his wool 1954 Baseball Jersey in his will. I know he would be pleased with the signature. Thanks Henry! I'll have to hunt down Edsel at Le Mans :wink
Great seeing all the GT faithful and their spouses once again!
As always, thanks DBK and all at Ford for helping sponsor this great event.
And last but not least, I've got to post a pic of my favorite (Ford) Driver and sports hero as he's displayed at the entrance to Victory Lane.

Turn 1 was crazy action the entire race (including the Delta Wing...running in Prototype first place for hours...ending its race by plowing into a stalled car here). They were three wide here at times. See the two yellow Corvettes? That rear view was what most racers had. A rare view when both GTs were on the track. I think this was green after a yellow.

Tomy Hamon, I have to admit, the chickens have not been in the GT. Not sure why I haven't thought of doing that. Accelerated egg production?

Great Pictures Ed !! That GT banner is awesome !! Great Score for the Sims team !!

A little note on the jackets. As I was taking the shuttle from the infield to the grandstands (with my jacket on), A guy who was sitting next to me asked what year my GT was. I was caught off guard a bit since I had never met him before. He said his son is the pit crew chief of the #66 Ford GT car and they were supposed to get the jackets but Ford took them back because a "special group of GT owners" are getting them instead. Probably was asked 10 times over the course of the weekend on where to buy the jacket I had on.

The girls at the hospitality stand had a bunch of extra jackets but didn't want to hand them out to wives. Mr Bannister tried to sweet talk them to no avail, but he had a quiet word with HF3 who then instructed the girls to hand them all out, when the boss says "jump", you say " how high?". Priceless!

And since we are doing kitty pictures :lol

Love the jackets! I'm gonna wear this one out completely.

I wore it over to the Porsche hospitality suite and one of the Porsche reps said "I love the branding, it's so subtle. Like having a Ford billboard in our hospitality." :lol At least he was good natured about it.
