This car sold in Scottsdale in January, I think you might be watching a re-run of the event.

Correcto Mundo! Rerun

What a dumb thing to do. Rerun of a supposedly live auction? Barrett-Jackson is more of a joke than I had previously thought.

Next real Barrett Jackson (not a rerun) live auction is in Reno starting Aug 6.

they show the auction reruns so Craig J. can keep fuel in his Veron!

Was that a completed transaction?

'Gotta LUV the 'up-to-the-minute' info on the 'net...don'tcha?

Regardless, ole Pockets is again shamelessly, unapologetically 'gloating' over the $550K Mr. Pratt received for his FGT IN 2015...some 10 years earlier than even I predicted an IN THE WRAPPER, UNMOLSESTED, DANG NEAR 'ZERO MILES', "NO STORIES", STOCK-FROM-THE-FACTORY-FGT (read that: 'Heritage'...which is what I was referring to back then but I didn't specifically state) would sell for 20 years hence back in '07 or so.

Obviously the fact I'm shamelessly gloating proves I have absolutely NO freakin' CLASS whatsoever, duzzunit. :lol

I'll stipulate that...and I'll further state I think I can very easily live with it...:bored

SUE ME.

Huh? Words are easy. Let the actions do the speaking. With this kind of "gloating" confidence in values, you wouldn't think that someone would sell....

I know whereof I speak, sir. Therefore, I refuse to debate it with you or with anyone else... :wink

Liquor'em up and boost their egos and the bidders go crazy, the prices are un-real and sometimes the cars are simply shinny paint and chrome.

No kidding!

I'll be there.

I looked at the docket. Nothing stunning.

It's no wonder why Barrett-Jackson would give you a "drink badge" free, good for eight alcoholic drinks along with your bidders badge. I've seen people with a drink in each hand bidding on a car.

I personally have never had an issue with Barrett Jackson -

Oh is that why BJ has an open bar for the big bidders section? never thought of that. (yeah OK)

Me neither, both selling and buying.

Here's one for those of you that have some money burning a hole in your pocket (Barrett Jackson / Scottsdale 2016): http://www.barrett-jackson.com/Even...CHEVROLET-CORVETTE-PURPLE-PEOPLE-EATER-185783.
