Trivia question...paint pen markings on internal parts. What is the code.

Should you ever have a need to dive into the internals of the car, you will notice an abundance of paint pen markings that confirm a bolt or fastener has been torqed or secured. What is the meaning of the different color paint markings that were used? (Rich Roebeck is excluded from answering :wink)

Oh! Do you mean this ? I thought it was made in Los Angeles and it got tagged by a local gang (?).
 
Do you mean the witness marks?
 
Not quite...talking about the various paint pen color marks on fasteners throughout the car.

I've had a few pieces and parts off of mine and I find what I think they call "Easter Eggs". They are little treasures.
 
I thought they were designated to supervisors in different colors to check off torque values and make sure nuts/bolts were tight? Different sections of the car were inspected by different people with different color pens/paint.
 
The nut/bolt index marks are all white. All that I've seen, anyway.

Witness marks are red on my car
 
There are a number of colors if you look around. Look at your seat bolts.
