All Back together!!!

There's some serious talent and engineering in this car. Where in MN are you located? If you'd rather not say please don't feel obligated.

Beautiful car.

Minnesota Lake,Mn a whopping 800 people here i believe lol Thanks too 98% of everything on car was done in house. I even painted it here in my dyno shop lol

what is the advantage of your clamshell ? Weight seems pretty obvious, how big is the saving and are there other advantages ?

Looks really exceptional well done

heres what the body line looks like on clamb outer where the outer half would meet the middle section on an aluminum one. The first one we made was wide and ugly and we fixed that this go around.

Actually they weigh real close to the same. My clamb has all the oe style hardware for all the hinges latches etc that bond inside clamb, just mine are alum not steel. My clambshell has huge carbon fiber air tubes that lead from the front openings on clamb to the air box openings and then my air box seals to the clambshell on the inside but with 3 times the opening of the factory air box hole. I just wanted as much free air to the air box as possible. It also allows for me to have a cosmetic carbon fiber bottom instead of the non pretty factory bottom. you really cant tell the clamb is a aftermarket piece from the outside as it pretty much looks 100% oe..

here is what the opening looks like on my clamb...much bigger than stock and i can also make it so it fits the stock piece in there.

I understand your motivation, really awesome stuff. From the pictures I didn't understand what was mounted instead of the supercharger since I am not that of an engine guy.

That is the intake and the drive that drives the centrifugal supercharger.

I see. The charger seems to be really HUGE :)

Where the farm is at Clinton, MN 449 at the 2010 census. Reading our local paper and going to a few funerals I'm pretty sure we've lost a few....

Really an awesome job putting her back!
