1st picture you were laying down on the ground. 2nd picture you climbed a tree.. What gives? Seriously, always enjoy you pictures.

I like the lighting, it shows off a clean car very well. It would be nice to see it head on in the middle of that road.... :)

This car has not been washed in 6 yrs

Factory polish still on...

This car has been ridden hard and put up wet. Washed countless times. Clay bar treatment and waxed numerous times. This photo was taken after the 1400 mile trip from the Las Vegas rally back to TX. Can't wait to drive to SLC and back from DFW.

Sunny weather drive only
Covercraft tan flannel cover 24/7
Dry wash.

I posted here once about the process.

http://www.fordgtforum.com/forums/s...rd-GT-Drywash-Results-Update&highlight=griots

Long story short buy high quality towels from Griots, sop them wet with a dab of Mothers concours car wash.

With weight of towel pull over outside surfaces.

Wring out towel about 50 times, with fresh hot water from utility sink.

THROW TOWEL OUT so you start fresh every wash...no contaminants, sand, particulates!!

Use large cotton chamois pad from Griots to dry quickly....dabbing not rubbing

Wipe down windows and wipe wheels with wet old rags, towels, ets.

My take is ALL soaps are too harsh (i use 1/4 cap, diluted over 10 towel washings); water is too hard, and seeps everywhere; and all washing mits trap dirt.

I was skeptical but its worked, and some inner surfaces are showroom fresh.
