GT guys in Miami

Manny, Thanks for the use of your garage. The pulley and tune worked better than I expected.

No problem... the pleasure was mine. It is always great to meet GT owners.
Thanks to the GT Guys. As always, they did outstanding work.
The trip schedule was perfect. Rich will have a go at breaking the 200 mph mark in an hour or so. Our weather is perfect for some really great runs.

:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

Rich,
Cant wait to hear how your runs go !! Good luck !!

No rolling start at this event which would have probably given a good 200+ run. But a great 187 standing mile run for Rich isn't too shabby!

Manny, Thank you very much for having us down and letting us work out of your garage.

My best time for the day was a 189.2mph with just pulley, tune (93 octane) and our GTG X-pipe. I was the second fastest car there behind a TT Lambo. Fun day. Once again knowing what we know about the cars heat is the biggest enemy to robbing HP.

Nice job Rich:thumbsup What was the temperature during your runs?

Thanks

82F 50%humidity

So basically I picked up 10mph from my TX run because of a 45% drop in humidity and 15F drop in temp.

Hi Freddy, the same pulley and tune that we put on your car. Heffner 2.7 pulley set on the 93 octane. There was a slight head to side wind, but not too bad. This was also on Michelen PS2's 19" and 20" tires. Front tires set to 50psi and the rears set to 35psi.

We missed you too. It was a good event. The Lambo did 199.? mph if I remember right.

Hey Freddy - I had beans the night before so yes-- there were some tailwinds:lol:lol:lol

10-15 mph winds - sidewinds...
