BMW 2010 S1000 RR, Most Powerful 1000cc Sportbike

Thanks for posting Randy. I know that I really liked my 2005 and 2006 K1200S bikes, just a tad too heavy though. This one seems address that issue.

The problem with most of these superbikes is that you have to be smaller framed to ride one and be comfortable. Try riding one at 6'4, 210 ... the geometry between rider and bike is just not quite there ... I still prefer the older super bikes longer frame ... like the 84-87 Honda 1000 interceptor for example. Me on one of these bikes reminds me of riding a micro bike.

First off Randy I am glad you did not get injured.:thumbsup:thumbsup

Now explain to me why you were going up to Northern California (aka San Francisco) dressed in leather? :shrug

Aerostich isn't leather, it's a synthetic riding suit, made out of 500 Denier Cordura and Gore Tex on the outside. Just the leather tactical boots. No, not thigh high...

Here's me in the suit:

Ah, those aren't all that heavy. I rode the 2004 K1200S on the 'Ring.

You want heavy, try a 2001 K1200RS. The flying brick. Here's a pic of my former K1200RS. Built like a tank. Heheh.
