Guys,

Need a quick bit of help here!

I am looking to buy a 2005 GT - the previous owner lost the spare key (so only one key comes with the vehicle) and he has also misplaced the service book (I know the service records are OK)

How easy is it to get a replacement key (and fob) and a repalcment Service record book??

Thanks!!!

I stock the keys and the owners manual. Do you need the helm service manual for the vehicle ? I can get that to. PM or email me [email protected]

If you only have one key, coding of a second key can only be performed by a Ford dealer.

The coding to start vehicle can only be done by a ford dealer. requires your GT and both keys and about 10 minute procedure. The key can be cut and will work door without electronic programing.

Curious...do the replacement keyblanks say Ford GT on them? Price?

A locksmith can also program the key. :thumbsup

If it takes a Ford dealer 10 minutes.... Todd can do it in TWO MINUTES!

(he might use C4 though - one time use)

For you Mike go to the tread at the pit of Lemans.
I dont want to hijack this one:thumbsup
