2008 Pace American Enclosed Rallye Silver Steel Car Trailer
Model #RT8520TA2, 8.5X20 with Extrawide 96" Wide Ramp Door with ramp extensions, aftermarket aluminum rampovers (over the wheel wells), 10ft of horizontal wall E-track in front of trailer for attachment of tires and accessories, recessed floor D-rings for tying down all 4 wheels, 54" side door for exiting, and extra wheel.
This trailer was designed to take specifically the stock Ford GT (or other car with low clearance), and I can tell you it is easy to drive our gal into her. It took several modfications to get these ramps just right...drove her on and off until clearance was not a problem. I also have a winch installed in case it was ever needed, though I never needed it to move the car in or out. The rampovers and door ramp extensions mean that you never have to worry about dinging the wheel wells.
I will post some pics when I have them available. I have decided that I don't like trailering (Ha!) and now I have an alternative...storing my tires and extra wheelset at a VIR garage! Problem solved. I have used the trailer a total of 5 trips to VIR and back (89 miles one way). So, the trailer is essentially new.
The whole set up minus the weight distibution hitch/sway bar (for use with the Cayenne) cost me about $12500. Will let her go for $10K even and throw in the hitch if you need it. Please PM me if interested.
