EP, this has been happening long before ANS was even born! In the old days of the cave and the club this problem didn't existed, but after the institution of marriage and the the soon after the civil court system, legalized long term prostitution appeared on the scene.

Maybe the opponents of CA prop 8 really just wanted to legalized long term prostitution.
