Ya. You know. It's all coiled up by the tire inflater (on the pass side of the front boot) if I remember correctly. It's yellow, I think.

Just took a peek. The tow hook is attached to the tire inflater, but I do not see any straps. Perhaps you had the foresight to include your own?
