Today Jason did the GT (i made sure he had a rubber on).

Last year he did the stage 4 wash wax detail.

This year he did something and I have no idea what as most my time was spent saying HOLY CRAP.

Wait until you guys see the photos he took of the reflections. When I first saw them I was perplexed and thought he goofed and sent me a photo of my shop ceiling......

Jason jump in and post up the photo dude.....after your done with the harley of course:biggrin

This wax he has is in some huge glass like jewelry box invented in Germany after WWII and yes it cost 2,000 but it looks wet ok I was getting a little wet......er uh :banana:banana:banana

If the wax cost ya $2,000 - the stuff darn well better provide THEE most bodacious finish seen anywhars in th' dadgum universe!!!!!!!!! AND IT DARN WELL BETTER LAST, TOO!!! :lol :cheers :thumbsup

( Pockets, yer SUCH a skeptic. And such a CHEAPSKATE too...)

The day I spend 2000 dollars for wax will be the day they put me in a straight jacket!

Please put me in the jacket first. I'm still using RainDance for my YEARLY wax.. Been in the car business over 30 years. Either I'm smart or stupid......don't touch that!
SHHH!:eek Don't tell anyone , but I don't wash the inside of my wheels or under/in the fenderwells. And OMG.....my car has been in the rain! Please, please guys FORGIVE ME! Damn shame my kids won't inherit a perfect example in 30 years. To each his own though. :cheers

Driving in the rain is fun. The looks on people's faces makes it worth it. :banana

Pictures soon to come.
Jason has been here for 3 weeks and this is his last morning which is in Dearborn at the Trilogy open house. The man is dog tired. Up at 5 and home at late night hours. Originally he was going to do the GT-90 concept car for me but then Ford called to borrow the car and wanted it shipped to Goodwood ASAP. Of which I laughed because it needs some serious detailing, but they said "just wash it and ship it"......oh boy did they miss the boat......

Actually guys, this stuff exists. SwissVax, but you do get 2 cans of 200 ml (not just one can) of specially created wax for your specific car paint and finish, only for $2500.00.

Actually, Jason posted a pix yesterday. It's the most increadible shine I've ever seen. I look forward to seeing it in person.

WoW... Jason needs to shave.

More PIC's PLEASE!!!:lol

LOOKS INCREDIBLE!!!!:willy

For sure someone needs a shave in the photo, the reflection is mirror like. I didn't know chrome was a factory color!!!!

John

That's sick. :cheers

Yes, I needed to shave when I took the picture :rofl Thanks!

I am getting caught up, replying to E-mails, phone calls, and will be getting photos up when I can. I gave them a quick look over and the pictures do not do it justice. When the waxing was all done, the black looked wet and flooded with dark color. There was an appropriate shine but more importantly, depth a mile deep and black mirror reflections of everything within a hundred feet. I always say that preparation is 90% of the work and last step product (Zaino, Zymol Wax, etc..) is 10%. Spend the time, have the patience, have the right tools and experience - The results will supersede your expectations and leave you wondering how you can have the Ford GT taken home via an enclosed trailer and how you can hitch a ride with it.

I will get pictures up when I can, sit tight!

Before/After of the GT's nose. Not too bad, most wouldn't notice or be concerned about, but it needed some attention...
