I was finishing some work on my gal and buttoning up her belly pans as I happen to look at the side chin spoiler screws and noticed that on both sides there were several screws missing. Has anyone else noticed this?

No, I had my chin spoiler off putting in the wiring for the battery charger and all the skrews were present, but I did notice one of the black rivits was missing on the rocker panel to front wheel liner.

Yep, just last week I had my car and another GT on the lift and sure enough, three are missing on each side of both cars! While I noticed they are missing, I didn't have time to check to see if the holes were tapped in the rocker panel...... :bored

I'll double check today

It is not unusual to missing screws especially from the belly pan if you drive the car. Same goes for the front spoiler screws. If you over-tighten you can strip them so its a maintenance job from time to time

PRO LOK anyone?

Yes sir !!!!!

I took one of the bolts out and tried to put it in a couple of the empty spots and they just don't line up for what ever reason. I didn't want to force them. The car is on the four post lift so I can't look up in the hole to see what the problem is. I will get more time later this week to look into this further but for now I am setting up for a Sunday football championship weekend party. :biggrin If anyone else gets the chance to look into this please let us know.

Torrie, I too would like the same amount of bolts but would also like the slip on threaded fasteners that are used on the plastic wheel wells and such. Please PM me with the information and let me know about the threaded fasteners. thanks :cheers
