I had my oil changed today but don't believe the tech did this procedure. Is my motor toast or what?

There is a small plastic strip that runs almost the length of the winshield that has come loose. I merely pushed it back on but the way it fits I am certain it will come off again. Should it be glued on? Any ideas? Thanks

I just had Modern Image in San Diego cover the entire front of my GT with 3M's latest plastic product. I mean even the fenders and hood. They also applied it to the leading edge of the roof, side air ducts, side mirrors, the entire rocker panels up to the Ford GT decal, behind the rear wheels...
