I bought my GT from Ebay, but did checks on the Ford dealership first, and it was untitled. Buying a used car from a small company/private trader unseen is madness IMO

Update: Just had my invoice from Roush for the work done, while I didn't expect it to be for free I was surprised that the before + after dyno runs cost me £470 :ack (nearly $1000 for the benefit of our American friends) If you've got some pics Phil, post them up !!

For us Brits the worst is .. "Oh, is that the car Clarkson had..." and then " .. is yours as much trouble as his was for him ?" and "I hear you only get 4mpg.." Man that guy has alot to answer for.

I thought Ford warrantied the GTs worldwide, no ? Though I guess some parts you've modified won't be covered, but if you've left the engine/running gear stock then it should be OK. Roush are good lads, they'll sort you out.

Does anyone in the Europe distribute the Accufab exhaust ? Roush UK are quoting me £2000 ($4000) for a Tubi, and I think I'd like to get an Accufab instead !! If there are no Euro distributors, has anyone in Europe shipped one over ? Any idea how long it took to arrive ?

With the dollar being weak against the pound + Euro it's making GTs relatively affordable to import. A year ago it would have cost maybe $10-20,000 more to import one.. that plus the rarity factor now the plant has closed and US cars not fetching such high premiums mean they're leaving the USA...
