I am not sure about a full suit, but the custom made Sparco Jackets that several of us purchased years ago are still available.

Suit, Shoes, Gloves, Harnesses and Jackets are still available.
I was told the helmets were down to two remaining in stock.
The bags are no longer available.
Suit and jacket reamain unchanged everything else has a slightly different homologation (graphics design).
Even if you find an unused suit it is likely the fitment will not work as it should.
Suits and Jackets are taylor made to you're dimensions.
