Well, when Nathan posted Angie's email addy, I sent her an email, I got a read receipt but no reply. My order was placed on January 6th. There system shows in still working..... I am holding my breath..... not :)

Good guess Bony ... you are correct. And still no call or e-mail from the company with a ship date or an apology. Time to turn these clowns over to the FTC with a complaint on their mail order business practices.

I received my 2nd back ordered Road Mouse today - and didn't have to contact them except for the initial query. Seems like they are good for their word...

By the way - it's snowing again - looks like the tennis courts are half full now...

I had ordered one in January and never rec'd it. I sent 2 emails requesting an update on my order with an estimated delivery date. I received no response on either email. :thumbsdow I did not order white, but am VERY disappointed in the service. It's time to call and get my money back. :frown At least some people received their orders...
 
I ordered 2 + one of the USB sticks. I've yet to receive anything. I've emailed a couple times and no reply.

I have to say I did get a call though. My wife answered it because I was already in bed. It was 10:05pm and he wanted to discuss my "options". I have not called him back.

Who actually manufactures this mouse? Is it made in the USA or somewhere else?

I wonder what the packaging says and if, therefore, there might be a shortcut to ordering one?

In the instructions area on the Back Cove, it states "Made in China"

and it is an Official Licensed Product of Ford Motor Company.

Their phone number is 1-(408) 227-6423, M-F 9am-5pm PST, but I never had any answer there, just a recording. E-mail did produce results for me.
 
No reply to emails or phone calls. When I got to the site it shows my January 6th order as processing,,,,, Thia company stinks~

Huumm I ordered mine soon after the post was made. It came about a week later ... Maybe demand out weighed supply and things are slow coming out of China??

Bony, I was told today by "Angie" that the infamous white mice are expected March 10, so hang in there, I think you'll eventually get yours.

I told her that the company was taking a BIG beating due to its almost nonexistent communication and very poor customer service. I also indicated that they should not have charged anyone's credit card for any order that inventory was not immediately shipable as that's in violation of FTC standards for mail order operations.

The good news is they're still in business, albeit slow in responding, so all orders should eventually be filled.
