I had the pleasure of seeing this up close and in person, when Black Starr and Frost owned it, just prior to the recent Christie's Auction where it fetched $21.5 Million a few days ago in Geneva.

I must be dense. I never understood the extreme values some stones will command, even if they are pretty to look at.

Can't you replicate that without imperfections using man made products now days?
