who is "quiet" on ebay?

I've seen posts mentioning the name quiet on ebay. Is he a legitamate buyer? He is bidding on a bunch of gts on ebay :confused

he's totally fullof shit..he bids on million dollar itesm and NEVER buys a thing for more the n 10 cents...I have reported him to ebay several times and they don't seem to care

If you really want a thrill (not) look at what he does buy. I keep hoping he (or she) will screw up and bid on something with no reserve.

The amazing thing is that he keeps doing it...on and on and on . That to me is the unfathomable why


In one of my interchanges with a well known dealership (noted here a time or two) they smuggly announced that "why should we consider your price...we already have a bid greater than that" Of course it was Quiet

Saw one where he almost screwed up.

Auction was for how much over MSRP. He did something like 26K, but then retracted his bid when he must have figured out what he did.

Too bad.
