White tire paint update


I sent payment as well a couple weeks ago. Did you send my paint?

Yes went out monday. sent eight packets first class mail. the same day that gulf logos went out. Gulf logos got there wednesday. you might want to check your mail today/monday. sent them insured and they had to go a "hazardous material".. LOL. told the woman you could drink it ... she looked at me like I was nuts. which I am. :biggrin

But then again ... she was totally a postal worker. I walked out backward just to make sure I kept an eye on her .... if you know what I mean. :wink

Yes Bill I did and yours went out monday in the same shipment.

I am shipping Don' Beach's this monday so ..... Don there is your heads up ... got your check today.

Glad you guys got it. Remember three coats of paint 24 hours apart, and clean the tires with whesley's bleech white before the first coat.

you can whiten it up when it dulls by cleaning with whesleys again.

OK, I have gotten more requests for more paint. I have one can left which will fill four 2 oz bottles. I have ordered more but it will be about 3 weeks before get any in.

I have two pms in my box asking for paint. so I will say that I have two bottles left.

cost is 22.00 a bottle which just covers my costs.

Post here if you want one then send me a pm. I will send you payment instructions and get your address. If there are more than 2 posts below this one for paint it will be about a month before I can send anymore out. sorry but that is how long it takes to get it in.

a 2 oz bottle will do about 32 tires. I am working on a better solution and will be back about that shortly.

Tom you can find it at walmart, pep boys etc. its in a white bottle with a red and blue label. whesley's bleech white.

DO NOT GET IT in your eyes or expose your skin to it for too long ... its very acidic. Also not really good on the paint or wheels ... use lots of water to wash in off.

Got mine today in the mail. I'm going to wait for the weather to warm up a bit before I try it. It probably won't stick well to cold rubber.
