Whipple tension pully

Ive notice that the belt on one of my gts,is not against the tension pully.
When i look at the other whipple car it is just slightly,i can spin it?Anyone
know the alan wrench size for that tension pully? anyone have a trick to get a wrench on it,

I use a cut down L-shaped 3/8 allen wrench. It's cut down about an 1 1/8" from the back of the ''L".
As for the tension I have both of my whippled cars now with very little pressure on the belt and was made aware of a whippled car that has been running without the tension pulley with no ill affects.
