The more I travel around the world....

.......the more I like Scottsdale, Arizona. The biggest drawback to this area is the dearth of quality Ford GT roads in the immediate vicinity. The big plus to living in Scottsdale is that, if you screw your life up big time and end up going to hell..........there's only about a 3° difference.

Imagine you were offered a dream job that required you to relocate to your favorite city. Which city would it be? And why?

What if your dream job requires you to relocate to cities that are... ahem... less then desirable?

Same applies to Yuma... the temperatures being 3° shy of hell and lack of quality GT roads. Other than that, Yuma is nothing like Scottsdale. What we lack in nightlife and culture we make up for in blowing sand and lettuce fields.

I relocate every two to three years when the Marine Corps tells me it's time to move. When I move back to North Carolina in February, it will be my tenth move in 15 1/2 years. That doesn't include deployments.

All worth it to slip the surly bonds once in a while.

Best Regards,

But THAT's only in August!!!:biggrin

(...Besides, Scottsdale has air conditioning ... and hell [I'm told] 'duzzunt.:frown)

Good one Chip!

Look forward to meeting up with you when you get out here Waldo. Lejeune is only 1.5 - 2 hr's away :cheers

I can see hookers strolling Woodward less than 3 miles from my house.

Heck, that's walking distance.:biggrin

Biggest plus for me about Scottsdale is that Chip Beck lives there.:thumbsup

.....by the Human Capital Institute, a Washington-based think tank and professional association largely made up of human resources professionals...

There you have it, my dream job - human resource professional. They even have their own 'think tank'. In Washington, no less!

Oh she's seen em. And unless you're interested in Shaquanda who used to have maybe been Darrell, I suggest you pass. :lol

Her sister Latrine works the West Coast..:ack

I changed my mind.

Relocation unnecessary. After viewing the congressional hearings today, I would stay in Detroit to work with Ford. I have to appreciate Mulally reaffirming Ford's direction and the conviction to succeed. :thumbsup

I think I would like to move in with StormCat and become his production manager.
