I don't see how they could loose money either, except they have a bunch of hungry executive mouths to feed.

I see it as more as - not enough of a profit to be worthy of the costly attention it requires. There are more important things for the execs to do than spend a week deciding what colors to offer the GT in (even if that week was at a Golf course).

I was on the list for a Z06 and my original intent was the keep it for 2-3 years and then turn it over for a used pristine GT. However, after considering that the window to buy a brand new GT was very small, I bit the bullet and bought the new Ford. Having driven both the Z06 and the GT, I agree with Enzo Btr's assessment of the street performance. The comparison of Selma Hayak (sp?) and the female long distance runner is also spot on.:thumbsup
